Cloud Services
Project EMC2 Cloud Services provides collaborative features for project managers, team members and stakeholders.
User Verification
Turn this feature on for a project, and users must verify their identity with a one-time access code by email before they can open the project file. Once verified, they can open any project file with this requirement.
In-Use Notifications
This feature provides notification when the project file is being edited by another user. While in use, other users can open and view the project file, but their changes cannot be saved.
Cloud Services can be purchased in the application on the Settings page (gear icon). The service is $24.99 US for one year, and it does not renew automatically. When the current service expires, another purchase can be made.
Once purchased you can enable Cloud Services on all of your projects. Project stakeholders and team members do not need to purchase Cloud Services in order to enjoy the benefits.
